Our Vision

BAO is a rights and gender-based organization with strong belief on youth as an engine for meaningful social change and progressive society. Through participatory processes various programs capacitate youth to become stronger, more confident and gain control over their life through knowledge acquisition, skills and enabling them to gain resources and make meaningful actions.

Empowerment Programs

Through the empowerment programs youths working with BAO have been enabled to identify and expand their opportunities, exert influence and improve their personal life and that of the communities in which they live. Various trainings on Leadership, Civic Rights, business development, vocational skills and entrepreneurship have been conducted for youth hand-in hand with motivating them for civic participation.
